All deposits are non refundable. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any appointment. There is a 100% charge of services charged to card on file for same day cancellations. No shows will result in 100% fee of services booked to the card on file. If charge cannot be processed, you will no longer be able to book any future appointments until balance is paid. Later than 20 mins to appointment will result into a automatic cancellation. A new deposit will be required to re-book your appointment.
